      Sift 1–2 teaspoons of matcha into your chawan (tea bowl)

      Add 2oz of water heated to 175°F (80°C)

    3. 03

      Whisk vigorously in an M or W motion with your chasen for 20 seconds

      Savour the smooth, velvety crema

    Café-quality at home

    Matcha Latte

      Add 1–2 teaspoons of matcha (or latte mix) to a cup

    2. 02

      Pour 2oz of hot water (175°F) and whisk until smooth

    3. 03

      Heat and froth 6oz of your favourite milk

    4. 04

      Pour frothed milk over the matcha, enjoying it hot or iced
