    By accessing or using the KAGEHA website (kageha.ca) operated by Mappleveda Botanicals Inc., you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website.

    All product descriptions, images, and prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities and to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion. Prices are displayed in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise specified.

    3. Orders and Payment

    By placing an order, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability, with a full refund issued.

    4. Shipping

    We ship from Burnaby, BC, Canada. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or events outside our control. Risk of loss and title for purchased items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

    5. Returns

    All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. If your order arrives damaged, please email us with photos within 48 hours and we'll send a replacement immediately. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details.

    All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Mappleveda Botanicals Inc. and is protected by Canadian and international copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
