Shipping Matcha Across Canada
Kageha ships Japan-origin matcha from our Burnaby, BC studio to all Canadian provinces and territories. Orders placed before noon PT typically ship the same business day.
Shipping to Canada
Every order leaves our Burnaby, British Columbia studio with the same care we bring to the bowl.
Standard Ritual Delivery: $12 CAD on orders under $70. Complimentary on orders of $70 CAD or more. Arrives in 3 to 7 business days Canada-wide.
We ship within Canada only · to British Columbia, Alberta, Ontario, Quebec, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Prince Edward Island, Newfoundland and Labrador, Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut. Each parcel is packed in eco-friendly, airtight packaging to preserve peak freshness in transit.
Returns
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
Damaged items: If your order arrives damaged, please email us with photos within 48 hours and we'll send a replacement immediately.
Order Tracking
When your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a Canada Post tracking link.
You'll also get automatic updates when your package is out for delivery and when it has been delivered.
Use the order status link in your order confirmation email to view live tracking anytime. Estimated delivery dates are shown at checkout.
